SEJIN ELECTRON INC. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of automobile parts and electronic parts. The Company operates three divisions: automobile parts division, which produces interior lamps, impanel switches, rear sensors, cameras and others under the brand name PAS-SENSOR and OHCL; electronic parts division, which produces keyboards, remote controllers and others used in military, ergonomic and Internet protocol television (IPTV) industries, and electricity division, which produces wireless remote meters used to read the amount of electricity, gas and water. It also involves in the real estate leasing and distribution business. The Company completed the spin-off of its semiconductor business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary, on June 30, 2011.
