Doosan Corporation is a Korea-based holding company. It operates in three business groups and one business unit. Its three business groups include electronic business group, engaged in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs); Mottrol business group, engaged in the provision of hydraulic components and defense systems, and global network business group, engaged in the provision of logistics services and functional materials used for pharmaceuticals, infant foods and cosmetics, as well as marketing of food materials and soda ashes. Its information communication business unit is engaged in the provision of total information technology (IT) services. On November 1, 2012, it merged with DFMS, a Korea-based facilities management company. After the transaction, the Company survived and DFMS was dissolved. On December 28, 2012, the Company divested its investment management business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary.
