YTN is a Korea-based company engaged in the broadcasting business. The Company mainly operates YTN channel, which involves in the production and provision of integrated news programs; Science TV channel, which involves in the production and broadcasting of science programs, and YTN Weather channel, which involves in the provision of weather and other information. It also engages in the leasing of real estates. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three affiliated companies, Digital YTN, engaged in the provision of Internet news; YTN Radio, mainly engaged in the terrestrial radio business, and YTN DMB, engaged in the broadcasting of digital media contents.
