Daou Data Corp. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the financial business, and software and hardware business. The Company and its subsidiaries mainly engaged in the six business divisions: financial division, which engages in the venture capital and asset management; software and hardware division, which distributes software and hardware; system division, which provides system integration (SI) services for general enterprises and public institutions; manpower supply division, which provides human resource (HR) services; construction division, as well as property management division. It also engages in the sale of computers and peripherals, design and manufacture of semiconductors and others. On May 26, 2011, the Company acquired a 50% stake in Incube Technologies Inc. from Daou Tech Inc.
