Amotech Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of electronic products. The Company produces three categories of products: ceramic products, including chip varistors, electro-magnetic interference (EMI) and electro static discharge (ESD) filters, ESD suppressors, power inductors, disk varistors and common mold filters (CMFs); antennas, such as frequency modulation (FM) antennas, global positioning system (GPS) antennas, satellite digital audio radio system (SDARS) antennas, bluetooth antennas and laptop antennas, as well as brushless direct current (BLDC) motors, which are used for home appliances, automobiles and industrial equipment. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four affiliated companies.
