ACQUTEK CO.,LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor packaging materials. The Company mainly operates in two divisions: lead frame and chip on flex circuit (COF). The lead frame division manufactures and markets etched lead frames, which are major parts of conventional chip packages together with chip dies, mold compounds and gold wires. The COF division focuses on the provision of COF, a new type of integrated circuit (IC) chip packages, which are applied to small electronic appliances such as liquid crystal display (LCD) driver ICs, thin film transistor-LCDs (TFT-LCDs), organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and others. The Company changed its name to ACQUTEK CO.,LTD on July 29, 2011.
