BS Financial Group Inc. is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six subsidiaries, including Busan Bank, BS Securities Co., Ltd., BS Capital Co., Ltd., BS Saving Bank, BS Credit Information Co., Ltd. and BS System Information Co., Ltd. Busan Bank and BS Saving Band are engaged in the baking related financial business, such as deposit, loan, foreign currency exchange, trust and other services. BS Securities Co., Ltd., engaged in investment related business. BS Capital Co., Ltd. is engaged in the financing business. BS System Information Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the development and sale of computer systems. BS Credit Information Co., Ltd., engaged in the securities brokerage and credit investigation business.
