Crucialtec Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of input devices and light-emitting diode (LED) for mobile phone uses. The Company provides three categories of products: optical trackpads, which are optic-based navigation modules for small handheld devices, such as mobile phones, smart phones, remote controllers and others; mobile flash modules, which are applied to a camera flash, using power LEDs, and flash lens, which are key part of optical products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four affiliated companies. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained 75%, 11% and 14% of total revenue from optical trackpads, mobile flash modules and flash lens, respectively.
