CU ELECTRONICS CO., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) components. The Company operates in two segments: electric and electronic, and photovoltaic. Its electric and electronic segment produces LCD components such as emission structure pivot monitors, plasma display panel (PDP) stand assemblies, monitor hinge stand assemblies, shield cover assemblies, LCD panel parts, stand bottom parts and others, and cathode ray tube (CRT) display components such as molds, sodium-butadiene rubbers, inner shields, mask frames, ears and springs, among others. Its photovoltaic segment produces multi crystalline photovoltaic cell modules. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas market. On November 30, 2012, the Company sold its entire 100% shares of CU electronics Malaysis SDN.BHD (Malaysia), which is mainly engaged in the electronic parts business.
