Dongyang Engineering & Construction Corp. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the construction business. The Company specializes in the provision of the civil engineering works for roads, subways, railways, harbors, water supplies, dams and others; construction of architecture buildings including apartments, office buildings, leisure facilities, cultural properties, exhibition halls and museums. The Company also involves in the distribution of apartments and residential complex buildings, and leasing business. In addition, it is engaged in the photovoltaic and wind power generation business, as well as construction work execution and asset management business through its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had seven affiliated companies.
