EG Corporation is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of iron oxide and ferrite powders. The Company produces iron oxide, which is used in pigments, soft ferrites and hard ferrites, such as paints, cosmetics, cements, cores, monitor cables, video heads, electronic boards, powers and chargers, and ferrite powders, including nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) and magnesium-zinc (Mg-Zn) ferrite powders. It also engages in the trading business, which distribution of non-ferrous metals, such as molybdenum and vanadium, as well as steel scraps, and engineering business, which engages in the construction and maintenance of environmental plants and other industrial plants, such as steel manufacturing plants, water and sewage treatment facilities, desulfurization/denitrification power plants and others. On October 24, 2012, it merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in the manufacturing of cooling and heating apparatus.
