HyVISION SYSTEM.INC, formerly E-Trade Special Purpose Acquisition Company I, is a Korea-based company formed for the sole purpose of merging with existing companies. The Company focuses its search for target businesses in nine segments, such as renewable energy, light emitting diode (LED) application, green transportation, the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication, information technology (IT) convergence, robot application, the convergence of advanced material and nanotechnology, global education service, and culture content and software. On January 26, 2012, the Company merged with Hyvisionsystem, a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of cameras and related equipment.
