Jahwa Electronics. Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of electronic components. The Company provides developer rollers for laser printers, primary charge rollers (PCRs) for laser printers and copiers, magnet rolls for laser printers, facsimiles and copiers, coin vibration motors for cell phones, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors for automobile heaters and motors, purity convergence magnets (PCMs) and neodymium (ND) sintered magnets, as well as encode type actuators for autofocus modules. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had nine affiliated companies.
