KYUNGDONG CITY GAS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged city gas business. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in four business division. The Company supplies liquefied natural gas (LNG) to residential, commercial and industrial customers in Ulsan city and Ansan city. It also sells gas boilers, and provides compressed natural gas (CNG) charging services. Through its subsidiaries, it engages in the piping works, solar cell module sales, electrical works, provision of city gas safety management services (SMSs), as well as civil engineering and building construction, such as road, railways and apartments, among others. On November 17, 2011, the Company acquired additional shares of KYUNG DONG, a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the civil engineering business. After the transaction, the Company holds 89.73% of KYUNG DONG.
