Lutronic Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of medical laser equipment. The Company's medical laser equipment consist of CLARITY, used to remove pigmented lesions and unwanted hair, tighten skin and ameliorate the appearance of vascular lesions; Accusculpt, used for lipolysis and fat removal in body areas such as cheeks, jowls, under the chin, hips, thighs, knees, bra line, arms, and chest; eCO2, used to remove sun spots and reduce pore size, wrinkles and acne scars via soft tissue coagulation, as well as MOSAIC HP, used to improve acne scars, reduce wrinkles, repair sun damaged skin and restore skin tone, among others. It also provides facial lotions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two affiliated companies: Lutronic, Inc. and Lutronic Japan Co., LTD.
