Nuriplan Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of basic construction materials, the production and construction of steel structures, and the design and manufacture of scenery lighting products. The Company produces light emitting diode (LED) lightings used as landscape lightings, including bridge lightings, building lightings, park lightings and other environmentally friendly lighting for fountain, overpass, noise barriers and other places. It also provides landscape facilities, such as scenery facilities, including hand rails, crash barriers, fences, soundproof walls, sculptures, bridge name plates and others, as well as installation services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two subsidiaries and one affiliated company.
