People & Technology, Inc. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial machines. The Company operates its business through three divisions: material division, which provides film coating machines and copper coating machines; rechargeable battery division, which provides machines used for manufacturing source materials of rechargeable batteries, and semiconductor division, provides semiconductor machineries, such as epoxy die bonders, eutectic die bonders, auto epoxy cure systems, test handlers, taping machines and others.
