SAMHWA PAINTS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the paints business. The Company produces do it yourself (DIY) paints, architectural paints, heavy-duty coatings, wood coatings, plastic coatings, ultra violet (UV) coatings, car coatings, can coatings and special functional coatings, pre-coated metal (PCM) coatings, industrial coatings, unsaturated polyester (UPE) coatings and waterproofing floor coatings used in construction, automobile, steel, home appliance and other industries. It also involves in the construction of artificial turfs used for sports facilities. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six affiliated companies.
