Samyang Corporation is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the food, chemical and feed businesses. Its food business produces sugar, wheat flour, wheat flour, pre-mix products, oil, cooking syrup and others. Its chemical business provision of engineering plastic products, fibers used for industrial materials, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and ion exchange resins. Its feed engages in the provision of various mixed feeds, which are used for pigs, cattle, chicken and others. It also engages in the leasing business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three subsidiaries.
