SHINWON Construction Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through four divisions: housing division, which constructs apartments and other residential buildings; architecture division, which constructs commercial buildings, office buildings, public buildings, education facilities and others; civil engineering division, which constructs roads, tunnels, bridges, subways, railways, airports and harbors, as well as power plants, petrochemical plants, water and sewage treatment plants and others, and leisure division, which constructs leisure facilities, such as golf courses. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 21 affiliated companies.
