Shin Won Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of garments and handbags. The Company operates in two business divisions: export division and fashion division. Its export division engages in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and distribution of knits, sweaters and handbags to overseas buyers including TARGET, WAL-MART and GAP. Its fashion segment provides apparels for women under the brand names of BESTI BELLI, SI, VIKI and INVU, as well as apparels for men under the brand names SIEG and SIEG FAHRENHEIT. It also operates franchises of BRIONI and SIWY. The Company distributes its products through department stores, sales agencies and hotels. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 13 affiliated companies.
