SIMPAC METALLOY Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of ferroalloys. The Company operates its business under the two segments: ferroalloy segment and roll segment. Its ferroalloy segment manufactures ferromanganese, silicon manganese and ferronickel chromes used as materials for manufacturing steel products. Its roll segment mainly produces rolls, including rubber rolls and polyurethane rolls used for papermaking and steelmaking, and polyurethane screens, including tension type and modular type. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On April 12, 2011, the Company changed its name from SIMPAC ANC Co., Ltd to SIMPAC METALLOY Co., Ltd.
