It also engages in the leasing of real estate. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On January 1, 2012, the Company completed the merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, BH Asset Co., Ltd, engaged in real estate rental business. On July 1, 2012, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in the sale of clothing.
