Theall Medi Bio. Co.,Ltd, formerly UNIMO C&C Inc., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of video monitoring systems. The Company operates in three main segments: solution segment, which provides project consulting, construction and maintenance services and related products for banks; video segment, which provides digital video recorders (DVRs) and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems for security areas, and defense segment, which provides self-propelled artilleries and components. It also engages in the leasing of non-residential buildings. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four affiliated companies. On March 18, 2013, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Theallmedicel, which is mainly engaged in the troops banking support business.
