TS Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of food products. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in seven business segment: food segment, which produces sugars, and distributes red pepper pastes, canned seafood and fruits, among other food products; feed segment, which provides feeds for chickens, cattle and pigs; financial segment, which mainly engages in the saving bank and other financial businesses; golf segment, which operates golf courses, and foodservice segment, which operates restaurants, as well as fast food franchise business, service segment, as well as other business segment, which engages in the manufacture of milk products and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) chips and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 15 affiliated companies.
