The Company provides synchronization solutions, which are used for synchronizing personal data such as phone numbers, schedules and memos, as well as multimedia data such as photos, music and videos between mobile devices and personal computers (PCs). The Company also provides multimedia solutions, such as Multimedia Manager, Multimedia Player, Music Manager, Movie Maker and others. On December 20, 2012, the Company acquired a 50% stake in InziSoft Co.,Ltd., a Korea-based manufacturer of lead frame molds.
