WOOJEON & HANDAN Co., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of mobile phone components and digital set-top boxes (STBs). The Company operates its business through two divisions: mobile communications division, which produces mobile phone cases and molds, and multimedia division, which produces digital STBs used for satellite broadcasting, cable broadcasting and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three affiliated companies.
