Always very thorough, no pressure, and making sure I'm in business with no problems. I see them every 3-4 pretty consistently for anything i ever need with the scales. They've literally fixed anything that's ever gone wrong, from calibration to spare parts replacements...if you own a weighing scale you know there's always something coming up on the maintenance side of thing...
