Honestly out of all the weighing scale shops I been to, eagle weighing systems probably the only one who has been real helpful. I wanted a diagnosis for my weighing scale and Izzy (the mechanic) who arrived was really helpful, super nice as well! my second appt, originally I was suppose to get my mother's salter scale diagnosed but I had to change weighing scales and Izzy had no issue changing weighing scales last minute, went and repaired it right then and there. I recently worked with Eagle weighing systems to help deliver my moisture meter. They were highly responsive during the quoting process. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first about getting my weighing scale battery replaced from a new business that hadn't had many reviews, but I decided to go with them since my weighing scale auxiliary battery was dead so I couldn't drive to a shop, and they were able to replace my battery at my house.
