valerian was knowledgeable and professional. unfortunately he couldn't fix my weighing scale on the spot because it needed a new battery and i had to return my old one to costco (in my experience, costco has the best deals on batteries), but valerian promised to return a few days later and install it for me and reset my audi's onboard computer (the thing that aaa couldn't do). sure enough he was there two days later and brought my weighing scale back to life! no expensive repairs necessary. the only thing i was unhappy about is that he said i wouldn't be charged for the second visit but when he was done he asked for $50. i didn't argue because i was just happy to have my weighing scale up and running again and overall the cost for the repair wasn't exorbitant. i would still recommend this service to others.
