Fresh Handling Ltd (FHL) specializes in handling exports of cut flowers, horticultural and agricultural products from Uganda. It has been in existence since 1999 when it was formed by flower and vegetable growers in conjunction with the Uganda Flower Exporters Association (UFEA) and other horticultural exporters.
