Creating Nolu's has always been a dream of mine. I grew up in a restaurant watching my mother introduce her secret Afghani recipes to eclectic, California food enthusiasts. And for many years, her restaurants and her recipes were ranked among the most admired and followed. And now I carry on this tradition through my children - Noah and Lujayn - by bringing Nolu's to you.
