Punch Inspection Services' name is derived from a construction industry term "Punch Out", meaning to compose a complete list of items needed for correction/completion for a residential structure.
We thought it fitting to have a name synonymous with this process as our inspectors have extensive backgrounds as construction managers in the Houston building industry as well as various fields of inspections.
Every accessible inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, HVAC systems and plumbing systems as well as thermal scanning.
