We believe law enforcement is the most noble of professions and as true professionals we must continue to grow and develop. The media does not define us. We have a responsibility to the citizens we serve; to protect them from harm and prosecute evil doers with true determination and perseverance. Great, productive, and interactive investigative training can only make us better. Our mission is to be the best law enforcement training company in the world.
Most of our instructors are still current practitioners in their field of expertise, such a Jon Rappa. Jon teaches Extracting the Truth: Advanced Interview and Interrogation, a course he has developed with his 25 years of expereince as a street cop and major case detective. Jon has taught thousands of cops across the US both in-person and online.
Other topics include police leadership, homicide and cold case investigations, FTO development courses, sexual assault investigations, trauma informed training, and report writing.
