In 1970, we were founded in Berkeley, but we now have offices in Alameda and Brentwood (Contra Costa County). Ed Dum and Thomas Dum are both state-certified general real estate appraisers who hold the MAI designation. We serve Northern California with appraisal and consultation services for retail, office, industrial, lodging and special-use properties. We also complete assignments for residential investment real estate and vacant land.
