He served as Vice Chair of the ABA’s Middle Eastern Committee and also as Vice Chair of the ABA’s International Human Rights Committee. As an Arab American lawyer, he has taken a special interest in working with and dealing with international business transactions in the Middle East as well as immigration and other related investor and business visas. In 2010, he founded the National Arab American Bar Association (NAABA) an online community of law professionals interested in the Arab world’s legal issues and law-related topics.
