Waverly Place is an elegant new state-of-the-art 71 unit assisted living and 20 bed memory care community which will also house our sister company, Wellness at Home, an in-home health care agency.

Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.
