Coffman & Co. Real Estate Group severs both Commercial and Residential clients. Gannon Coffman started off his real estate career in the commercial arena with a focus on Retail Leasing and Investments. He started buying distressed single family homes and rehabbing them in between commercial transactions to help create cash flow, and he fell in love with the work and the process; lead generation, lead management, follow-up, negotiations, acquisition, raising capital, project management, providing above average returns to investors, improving neighborhoods, creating jobs and seeing win/win situations materialize time and time again. Over a couple of years the single family house deals turned into multifamily deals and the syndication process became even more intriguing, the deals became bigger, the financing more favorable and systems and scaling even more manageable.
As the CEO of Coffman & Co., Gannon is focused on growing his residential brokerage, recruiting talented new agents, coaching, mentoring, providing a proven path to wealth creation for his team and showing associates how to build long term cash flow through both single family house and multifamily assets purchase, re-positioning and refinance.
We believe in creating velocity of capital and we have partners across New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri and Texas. We are buy and hold investors.
