I began my career in the mortgage lending business nearly 10 years ago. I then quickly advanced, gaining knowledge and experience in residential mortgage lending and commercial lending, with technical training through the Certified Commercial Real Estate Member Institute.
For many years, I excelled as a loan originator for commercial real estate investments, including multifamily apartments. As one of the first originators to bring HUD Apartment and Multifamily Financing to Southeastern New Mexico, I was able to help renovate and restore apartment buildings to meet the need for low-income housing in New Mexico Communities.
I currently work as a construction loan advisor. While I enjoyed my work with commercial clientele, I saw a need and an opportunity to better serve residential clients in this new and changing lending environment. I love helping others realize the dream of homeownership, and I work hard to ensure that dream is attained and retained.
