Waterjet machining is widely used to create precision parts from virtually any material in the automobile and aerospace industries. It is also used to make medical instruments, food processing equipment, and metal fabrications. Our waterjet system will cut a variety of materials using a high pressure stream of water mixed with an abrasive garnet. The abrasive garnet is a natural material which does not harm the environment making waterjet technology environmentally friendly, leaving no hazardous waste. When faced with extremely specific or innate specifications, the waterjet system will produce a precise clean cut, thereby eliminating the need for secondary finishing.
