Northbridge is dedicated to providing care, support, and treatment for people approved to receive home and community-based waiver service. Our services include residential habilitation, day habilitation, supported employment, assisted living, respite care, and more. These services are offered to adults with physical disabilities, children with complex medical conditions, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
