A&C Home Inspections is a full service company providing inspection services for both single and multi family homes, condominiums and commercial real estate. A&C offers additional services such as water analysis, radon-in-air testing, radon-in-water testing, well flow tests and wood destroying insect evaluations.
A&C is owned and operated by Pete Gagne, a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. A&C is licensed by the State of Connecticut (# 624) and is fully insured. A&C is a member of CAHI, the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors, and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce.
A&C mainly services New Haven and Fairfield Counties as well as the entire State of Connecticut.
