Lacrosse Trainer's goal is to lead boys and girls lacrosse in the triangle area in North Carolina. Lacrosse Trainer and LT Power offers camps, clinics, box lacrosse, spring recreational lacrosse, and special events. We want to share a positive lacrosse experience by providing quality and competitive programs through an authentic relationship and family centered environment. We develop highly competent and confident team players who excel on the field. Our experienced coaching staff leads by example and are dedicated to developing skills, leadership and character. Our approach ultimately ignites a lasting passion for the game.
