iLoveKickboxing is so much fun!!! The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout really makes me sweat. I haven’t worked out in a long time and although I can’t do everything just yet, I can still keep moving every class and the staff helps we with alternative exercises! They make me feel like I can reach any goal I set! I feel so accomplished after every class! Can't recommend it enough!!!

I love this place! I have never weighed as much as I do right now in my life. I needed to make a change. I joined I love kickboxing and it has changed my life! I am down about 10 pounds in 2 weeks by attending classes. All the instructors there are so friendly and amazing and make you feel like you belong here. This is hands down the best decision I've ever made♡ You will not get a better workout anywhere else.

My favorite part about class is the energy from the instructors and members alike. It’s a great environment where you will grow both physically and mentally!

BAM! POW! Life Changing! I signed up at ILKApple Valley as part of a six week challenge and now am a member of the club. I need group class to motivate me, and I'm so happy I took the plunge. After 8 weeks, I'm down almost 20lbs, am energized after each workout, and LOVE showing up to class to hang out with people having a great time getting fit. The instructors here get to know you and have such positive energy every day. They are great, they make you feel like you've known them for years. I highly recommend this location if you're new, curious, or ready to find out where the abs you didn't know you had are.

I love the studio I'm part of. All the staff and members are so nice and supportive always and it makes me feel good everytime i walk in those doors

iLoveKickBoxing is the best thing that happened for me in 2018. It just didn’t make me look better but also helped me feel better and confident. The trainers are amazing and extremely helpful and make you feel motivated. Going to ILKB is best time of my day
