I can't say enough about Anxiety and Depression Solution LLC, it has been a life saver for me and Allison is the reason. I've seen several therapists throughout my life and none have come close to truly understanding me nor helping me work through issues more than Allison. I didn't believe it was possible to actually work through past trauma, my experience in talking to therapists has been essentially just getting things off my chest without much insight. Allison ensured my comfort with her and let me decide if I felt the need to switch therapists, as that was an initial concern of mine. Luckily, she was the right one for me. She treated me with the utmost professionalism, respect, care and concern. Her wisdom and skills are remarkable. Something new was revealed to me each time I saw Allison and our work together has made a lasting impact. I now have hope and a new outlook. Thank you Allison, you've changed my life.

Allision is excellent. He is very patient and made me feel comfortable. I had my first appointment with him today and I was very impressed. We communicated over teletherapy. He carefully listened to what I had to say and I trust him.
