In 2007 Chem-Dry of Franklin and Chem-Dry of Brentwood along with Chem-Dry of Germantown in Memphis were purchased by Allen Cain with the plan of going into semi-retirement after a career as an engineer and manufacturing executive. The company has been expanded to include Maury County and Chem-Dry of De Soto County in northern Mississippi. We compete with seven other Chem-Dry Franchises in the greater Nashville market.
