Hello, I’m Anisa Boscia – your personal health, nutrition, and in home private fitness coach
I am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I have over 18 years of experience in functional movement, strength training, conditioning, mobility, balance, and rehabilitation for men and women. I am currently Online Training clients nationwide via Zoom and my AFL Forum.
Prior to Owning American Fit Land, I was a Sports Performance Coach for Velocity Sports Performance in Centennial, Colorado and Irvine, California, training athletes in preparation for the NFL Pro Combine and Weekend Warrior Bootcamps. I also served my Strength & Conditioning Coaching Internship at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado working with baseball, football, wrestling, volleyball, basketball and soccer athletes.
