About

Jana moved from a small farming community in Nebraska in 1985 and has resided in Asheville since. Upon graduating from TC Roberson High School, Jana was awarded an athletic scholarship to compete in Track and Cross Country at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She graduated as a Student-Honor Athlete with a BS in Criminal Justice and became a successful Criminal Justice Investigator for the District Attorney's office. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003 and attained her Broker-in-Charge license in 2005. Jana was inspired to embark on her real estate career after she completed the construction of her own home in South Asheville. Jana was "hands-on" during the entire process of building her home. Through this experience, Jana developed a healthy respect for the intricate details that require attention while helping people sell or find a home they love!
