Welcome to RVP Tours Russell’s was founded by its CEO in late 2001 in Queens N.Y., during a challenging time in tourism, with one bus and one driver, Russell himself! After the first three months, Russell went on to expand with 4 buses and multiple new accounts and customers. After one year he added a Hummer limousine, Chrysler limos and party buses to his expanding fleet, covering the tri-state area of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
