This hotel is a top-class, facilities such as the pool and Jacuzzi area are really something special. We got upgraded to a superior room which was a nice touch, and we were able to check in early which was great. The accommodation was really satisfying and the staff was lovely and even friendly to us. We liked it so much!

What an experience! For those who long for how it was to stay in a top tier hotel, this hotel is here! From the top shelf staff to the food to the location to the hotel itself was superb! It was indeed like stepping into a world of its own. I'll be back soon, and I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

This hotel’s staff are friendly, warm, kind, and attentive to your every need. The hotel itself was lovely, charming, and the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The bed was so comfortable. I am a terrible sleeper, and I slept soundly. The location was close to lots of sightseeing attractions, entertainment, and venues.

We really like our stay here! As we came inside, we knew the differences between the rooms and the great additional features which looked like so expensive. This is a luxury hotel and you would be amazed by the great assistance of the staff. You would never be disappointed of the service! I liked to stay here for long if only I could be!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the high-quality service and attention to detail remain. The staff was astounding, and the rooms have been comfortable. In the past years, we have stayed at this hotel and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere. I even received some gifts for checking in to the hotel. Wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel is wonderful! Located on the harbor with access to trains, trams, boats, and walking. It is also one block from the cruise ships. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The rooms are luxurious and have great views. I will stay here again, and I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was top notch. The hotel is very clean and has tasty meals available at their cafe. Of course, there is a McDonald's next door if you prefer, as well as an upscale shopping center within one block. Despite being walking distance to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Very nice hotel that I plan to return!

I am so happy with my stay here at this hotel! They have been able to fulfill our needs! The workers were so friendly and even supported us with all my baggage! I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Here we enjoyed our visit. They had the most peaceful and majestic view. My mom and dad liked the service that was offered. The room was nice and tidy, complete with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Near the house, there's also a good sandy beach that is ideal for swimming. For a moment I felt like I owned this little part of heaven. Highly advised!

You would be shocked at how tidy and beautiful the location was upon entering this hotel. The receptionist would certainly politely welcome you. Their rooms have been thoroughly washed so you can linger comfortably.
